GitHub Copilot SDK Is Now Generally Available
The Copilot SDK is generally available, giving developers programmatic access to Copilot's agent runtime - planning, tool invocation, file edits, streaming, and multi-turn sessions - so they can embed it in their own apps and tools without building an orchestration layer.
